The Editor-in-Chief (EiC) independently oversees manuscript publication post-review, making final decisions on publishing and editorial policies, and arbitrating ethical issues.
Associate Editors scrutinize manuscripts for compatibility with journal guidelines, detect plagiarism, select reviewers, discuss review results, and invite authors for commissioned articles.
Editorial Board Members propose policy changes, review manuscripts, recommend reviewers and authors, and contribute editorials.
The Ethics Editor advises on publication ethics, provides related lectures to reviewers and board members, and assists the EiC in ethical resolutions.
Statistical Editors examine statistical accuracy in manuscripts, reporting flaws to the EiC or Associate Editors for correction.
The Layout Editor generates PDFs per journal formatting.
The production of JATS XML files adhering to the journal's specifications and uploading content to the journal's website.
The Administrative Manager handles all administrative tasks from manuscript submission to publication, including coordination, system management, communication, and adherence to publication timelines.
